Jason has been bringing his HR expertise to small and medium sized businesses for more than 20 years. He offers guidance in all aspects of HR, including leadership coaching, strategy, HR support, payroll, and benefits.

Jason Burns
EOS Integrator, Director of Partner Relationships
Jason Burns brings over a decade of leadership experience in the warehousing, logistics management, retail and financial industries to his role as Director of Partner Relationships for Jay Inc. He provides valuable insights that guide organizational decision making, HR support, culture, and leadership. Most weekends, you can find him exploring nature with his wife Jessica and two children, doing a home improvement project, or listening to music.

Becky Kass
Internal HR, Partner Success Manager
Becky loves working with people, and as the Internal HR for Jay Inc and Partner Success Manager, she brings the full spectrum of HR services for our clients, and at the same time helps their team members to find the perfect place within the company. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in HR from GVSU. She and her husband have two beautiful boys, and she enjoys the outdoors, boating, and reading.

Stefanie Klinge
HR Generalist
Stefanie brings strong people management and relationship building experience to the table with her background in communications, human resources management, and from working in the healthcare industry. She truly loves working with others and helping them succeed. When she isn’t working, you’ll find Stefanie outside on the lake, reading a good book, or taking in the sunset!

Andy Groth
Professional Recruiter
Andy brings enthusiasm, a service mindset, and a genuine love for people into his work as a recruiter. He is passionate about finding top notch candidates for clients while also supporting individuals into careers they will thrive in.
His decades of experience in marketing, managerial leadership, as well as pastoral counseling, have helped hone strong intuitive skills into how people and organizations operate. Andy is happiest when swimming in or boating on water, playing beach soccer, landscaping, or on a travel adventure with his wife and four kids.
