Jason Burns brings over a decade of leadership experience in the warehousing, logistics management, retail and financial industries to his role as HR Generalist for Jay Inc. He provides valuable insights that guide organizational decision making, HR support, culture, and leadership. Most weekends, you can find him exploring nature with his wife Jessica and two children, doing a home improvement project, or listening to music.

Becky loves working with people, and as an HR Generalist she brings the full spectrum of HR services for our clients, and at the same time helps their team members to find the perfect place within the company. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in HR from GVSU. She and her husband have two beautiful boys, and she enjoys the outdoors, boating, and reading.
